I’m Michael Baer — a servant leader, community advocate, founder of The Baer Standard and proud East Tennessean who believes that true success is measured not by wealth or status, but by the kindness, respect, and opportunities we create for others.
Through my work in business, nonprofit leadership, and community service, I’ve dedicated my life to building stronger, more connected communities. From founding the Culture and Community Outreach division at K&P Remodeling, to leading initiatives that fight hunger and support mental health, my mission has always been simple: leave people and places better than I found them.
